Therapy · Confidentiality

A safe, confidential, judgment-free space.

We recognize that the first step toward seeking help can be the hardest. Anonymous Therapy provides a safe, confidential and judgment-free space, so employees and clients can access professional mental-health support while maintaining complete anonymity.

You do not need a paper trail to be helped.

Many individuals hesitate to seek help due to fear of judgment, stigma, or breach of confidentiality. Our Anonymous Therapy service bridges that gap, letting you focus on the work, not on who might find out.

FAQs

Questions worth answering well.

Who is this for?
Executives, public figures, faith leaders, professionals in small communities, anyone whose work or social context makes a paper trail risky. Also a great low-stakes way to try therapy for the first time.
How is it different from regular therapy?
The clinical work is the same, licensed therapists, evidence-based methods. The difference is purely about the paper trail and identification.
What happens in a crisis?
In a clinical emergency we will ask permission to involve emergency services. Outside of that, your anonymity is absolute.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes, many of our anonymous-therapy sessions are paid for as part of corporate EAPs. Your employer sees aggregated utilization only, never names or topics.
