How is employee confidentiality protected?
HR never sees who used the service or what was discussed. Reports show only aggregated trends (utilization rate, top topics) once minimums are met.
What's the pricing model?
Per-employee-per-month (PEPM), scaling with team size. Pricing reflects the full scope, not just a hotline. We share full numbers in the proposal.
Do you cover the whole family?
The standard package covers the employee plus two dependents. We can scope wider, extended family is often the right call in African contexts.
What KPIs do you report on?
Utilization rate, return-to-baseline times, employee Net Promoter for the EAP, and (where the client wants it) measurable productivity and retention metrics.
